› Matthew Angello, Principal Consultant and Executive Coach
Matt Angello brings over 25 years of business experience to his practice as a consultant and executive coach, including several years as a Board-Level Executive Officer in Fortune 500 companies. He is an accomplished strategist with expertise in executive and team coaching, organization development, change management, performance and process improvement, and communications. He has experience as both an independent consultant/business owner and global business executive across multiple industries and for companies in various stages of their business cycle.
Matt is the Founder and Principal of Bright Tree Consulting Group, LLC, a boutique firm that offers an array of highly personalized and effective coaching and consulting services for executives and companies seeking to unleash their potential, move their performance to the next level and prepare for future challenges. He has partnered with many CEO’s, Boards of Directors and other “C-Level” executives to improve their effectiveness. His clients include start-ups, privately held companies and Fortune 500 global firms. He is an accomplished coach, strategist, team builder and people developer with a global track record. Matt is a recognized human capital expert, and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Human Resources Executive and other publications. He has been the featured speaker at many seminars and has served on the Board of Directors of national organizations. He received his BA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS from Rutgers University.
Matt lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. He is an avid reader, aspiring cabinetmaker and fitness advocate.

As founder and president of his own consulting company, Success Performance Solutions, Ira has helped organizations across the United States find and hire the right employees, align people with business operating objectives, and identify high-potential leaders.
In 1999 Ira delivered a provocative and compelling forecast of the 10 and 20 year labor market. It wasn't long before Ira found himself speaking to audiences all over North America about The Perfect Labor Storm, resulting in the 2005 publication of a book by the same name. His newest book, The Perfect Labor Storm 2.0: Workforce Trends That Will Change The Way You Do Business has been described by readers as "fantastic," "outstanding," and "required reading for every Human Resource Professional, business owner, and elected official." Ira is also the author of Understanding Business Values and Motivators. Ira has trademarked a highly successful system, called CriteriaOne®, to assist organizations in job benchmarking, employee selection, and managing performance.
Ira is a highly sought-after expert for interviews in dozens of publications, including The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeekOnline, as well as being the frequent guest on several business cable news shows discussing workforce trends, employee hiring and retention strategies. Ira has been the featured keynote at a wide variety of conferences, conventions, association meetings and Chamber of Commerce audiences, reaching thousands of business leaders and human resource professionals every year.
Ira started his career as a highly successful dentist who grew a large practice in central Pennsylvania. The need to hire the right staff piqued his interest in assessment and he pursued this field with intensity, ultimately achieving his current prominence as a national expert. He received his B.S. degree from Muhlenberg College and his DMD degree from University of Pennsylvania. He is nearing completion of his Master's Degree in Leadership and Ethics at Duquesne University. Ira resides in Lancaster, PA. with his wife Janeen.

› Stephen Stockwell, Executive Coach and Consultant
Steve Stockwell is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with over 35 years of experience in business as a Corporate Officer and senior executive in Fortune 500 and other companies. He is a consummate professional with unsurpassed leadership skills that have been leveraged in roles as business unit president (multiple businesses), executive vice-president, general manager and head of numerous sales organizations. He is a highly skilled motivator and has built some of the most successful sales and marketing organizations in the Building Materials Industry.
Steve brings his considerable leadership experience to Bright Tree Consulting Group, LLC where he specializes in coaching senior executives to realize their full potential. He also helps teams to leverage their capabilities and reach unprecedented levels of performance. In addition, he heads-up the sales and marketing practice for the firm.
Steve has extensive board of director's experience, both as a reporting executive and a board member. He is heavily involved in volunteer activities and has chaired the United Way and other campaigns. He has an optimistic and unflappable nature, which was in no small way influenced by his experience as an F-4 fighter pilot in Southeast Asia with the Marine Corp.
Steve earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and has completed several leadership development courses throughout his distinguished career. Steve lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife Pat. He enjoys sailing, water skiing, snow skiing and fly-fishing.

› Wes Ball, Executive Coach and Consultant
Wes Ball is a highly talented and experienced consultant and executive coach, with recognized expertise in revenue side management and innovation. He has helped numerous organizations to identify new growth opportunities and align their resources to profitably achieve this growth.
Wes has extensive experience as a 20-year president and owner of a strategic innovation firm. He has worked with over 100 organizations (Fortune 100, Fortune 500, mid-sized companies, smaller regional businesses and start-ups) to help them uncover opportunities for dramatic new growth and profitability. He also has experience working as an executive in two Fortune 500 companies.
Wes is the creator of a unique model for identifying and assessing revenue side opportunities and for managing continuing growth from those opportunities. Wes has written many articles on innovation and revenue-side management. He has just completed a book on his model titled, The Alpha Factor - the secret to dominating your industry and creating sustainable growth. It is due to be published early Fall 2007.
Wes received his bachelor's degree in business from Western Illinois University. He is an avid cyclist and recreational musician. He and his wife Lynn reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

› Tom Chorman, Executive Coach and Consultant
Tom Chorman is a seasoned and gifted executive with over 30 years of business experience. He has lead companies at the highest levels, including being the President and CEO of $1.5B publicly traded company. He has worked in other C-Level positions including EVP and CFO in Fortune 500 Companies. He is a sitting Director on the Board of a major public international company.
Tom brings this distinguished track record, augmented by knock-out innovation skills to his work at Bright Tree Consulting Group, LLC. He is an unpretentious and engaging coach, who delights in helping executives break through performance barriers.
Tom's innovative work has been recognized, published, and taught at Harvard Business School, MIT, New York University, Rutgers, U of C, Xavier and other universities. His work on new products has been published as a HBS Case Study and in Robert Cooper's book "Portfolio Management for New Products." As a winner of the 1996 Franz Edelman Award, Tom's work has been recited in Ed Sweeney's textbook "Quantitative Methods for Business" as well as cover articles in "Portfolio" and in "INFORMS."
Tom received his bachelor's degree from City University of New York, and his MBA from Rutgers. He is an avid sailor, traveler and gourmet chef. He has three children and lives in the suburban Philadelphia area with his wife Eileen and youngest son Brian.

› Alan Cyphers, Senior Consultant
Alan Cyphers leads the compensation practice for Bright Tree Consulting Group, LLC. He has over 15 years of business and consulting experience, with expertise in compensation, HRIS, sales compensation, executive compensation, change management, process improvement and benefits.
Alan has experience across multiple industries, including building materials, food and beverage, consumer products, and banking. He is experienced in several HRIS platforms (i.e. SAP, PeopleSoft, MSA). Alan is a Six Sigma black belt and has participated in process improvement initiatives on a worldwide basis. He is a recognized expert in sales incentive design and has led several incentive redesign initiatives.
Alan received his BS in Human Resources from Messiah College and has done his graduate work in Leadership at LBC in Lancaster, PA.
Alan is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from the World at Work organization and teaches college courses in Human Resources on a part-time basis. Alan has been married to his wife, Kathy, since 1992. They have three children: Joshua, Zachary and Timothy. He lives in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania with his family.

› Debbie Angello, Business Manager
Debbie Angello developed her in-depth business management skills in a series of accounting and finance roles over a 25 year career. She is responsible for all elements of financial, legal and general business management for Bright Tree Consulting Group, LLC. She is a thoughtful and pragmatic executive who knows how to get things done.
Debbie has worked in a variety of firms including public accounting, the Fortune 500 and her specialty, start-ups. She established the accounting and finance functions for three different firms over her career, directing them from launch to fully functional. She is a gifted multi-tasker with a solutions-oriented approach to her work.
Debbie earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children. She is an avid reader and a gifted gardener.
