Leadership in business has remained focused on getting results. My research merely validated what I have seen during my career. Results first, second, third. True leadership, at least in the business setting, remains elusive because it is of less importance than the ability to drive results and ergo, profitability. Quick...name a CEO that epitomizes real leadership.</description>

Excellent article!  Thanks for breaking down the results of your personal research.  

I would suggest, though, that many extroverts only look like they are leaders, or look like they should be leaders.  When you get behind the outgoing nature the real question is whether or not they inspire others.  I believe a large dose of authenticity is required, whether someone is an extrovert or not.  

People won&#039;t follow a leader if the leader isn&#039;t &quot;real.&quot;  Fortunately that, too, can be developed in the process of getting results.</description>
