If you believe that you are no longer part of your boss's team, the first action is to validate if you are correct. We often have an inner dialogue that is not reflective of reality. To the extent that the perception accurately reflects reality, you must assess whether it is fixable or that you want to do so. if the answer to either of these questions is "no" then it's time to move on.
